Nicki Robson
Nicki Robson is founder and managing director of Breedon Consulting, an award winning human resources consultancy that supports small and medium sized businesses with all things people related.
Nicki brings a wealth of practical and commercial experience running her own business and helping other business leaders achieve success through their people.
Having set up Breedon Consulting in 1999 and gone on to grow the business via franchising, Nicki has not only supported her client base in achieving their goals, but has developed a team with the capability to run the business without her day to day input and has supported other HR professionals in developing successful businesses as Breedon franchisees, using her tried and tested methodologies.
Nicki is accredited with Thomas International to deliver a variety of psychometric tests, which she uses to help enhance individual and team effectiveness, together with a variety of additional assessment, engagement and development tools, many of which have been developed in house.
Nicki’s focus is on SMEs and she is a firm believer that success in the SME world depends on leaders really understanding, engaging and leading their teams.
