Dawn Edwards
Dawn Edwards is the founder and Managing Director of Challenge Consulting, and a Director of The Insight Centre alongside Amanda Daly and Alex Morgan.
Dawn brings a wealth of experience in Executive Coaching, Consultancy and Training. Feedback from those she has coached and mentored describe her as creative and directive in the right ways, able to both challenge and support in equal measure to make progress.
Dawn has coached senior leaders and middle managers in very large, complex organisations as well as individuals from just about every sector and business type in smaller organisations, being an approved provider for D2N2’s peer network and coaching project. She specialises in developing leadership capability and confidence and in so doing driving up business performance including spotting and maximising on opportunities.
Dawn has an MBA and is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management with interest in various fields including psychology and diverse leadership. She is a recent past President of East Midlands Chamber, and currently Area Leader for Federation of Small Businesses (Notts/Derby). She is also an multi award winning entrepreneur with various accolades across a range of business interests.
Her company, Challenge Consulting provides Leadership, Management and Coaching skills qualifications with Direct Claim Status up to an including Level 7, earned from the ILM for excellence in design and delivery. This will enable The Insight Centre to offer credible training and development in Coaching Practice and Coaching Supervision, including qualifications at both Level 5 and Level 7.
